I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the New Jersey residents, businesses and community leaders that have and continue to be a part of the 7th annual Knock Out Opioid Abuse Day.
From Atlantic County to Somerset County and from Essex County to Hunterdon County – residents, government leaders, addiction professionals, and law enforcement showed up in large numbers to raise awareness and shine a light on the opioid addiction crisis that continues to plague their communities and out state.
Although Knock Out Opioid Abuse Day was held October 6, I encourage you to continue the conversation by sharing awareness and educational messages, participating in a learning series webinar or advocating for changes in your community.
