Bowl Down Drugs
To help prevent marijuana use by your kids, help them roll this: Parents who get involved in their children's activities raise kids who are less likely to smoke pot.
This summer, the bowling centers of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties are working with the Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey to help families come together to "Bowl Down Drugs."
At participating bowling centers, when an adult and a child bowl together, the child will bowl for free.
The Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey (PDFNJ) can and does utilize any and all media and formats to get our message out. PDFNJ communicates with the public through television, radio, and print; billboards; PATH and New Jersey Transit signs; ads in the Yellow Pages, donated by Bell Atlantic; and a host of other non-traditional communication opportunities.
Parent guides and other information to help parents communicate with their children about drugs, alcohol abuse, and other issues, will also be provided at participating bowling centers.
